By accessing and using the YallaGo car rental platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. YallaGo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
All vehicle rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement signed at the time of pickup. The renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. International drivers must present a valid international driving permit along with their national license. YallaGo reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual who does not meet these requirements.
Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations of Lebanon. Cross-border travel is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by YallaGo. The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, tolls, and fines incurred during the rental period. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Pets are not allowed without prior written consent.
All vehicles come with basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options (Standard Protection, Premium Protection, Full Coverage) are available at the time of booking. The renter is liable for any damage not covered by the selected insurance plan, including but not limited to damage caused by negligence, unauthorized use, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and cash payments at our office. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental charge. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
All electric vehicles are provided with a full charge. For electric vehicles, YallaGo provides complimentary charging through our EV charging network. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received. Failure to return a vehicle with adequate charge may result in additional fees.
YallaGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service or vehicles. Our total liability shall not exceed the total rental amount paid by the renter for the specific rental period in question.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
